Shipping charges
There are no shipping fees, shipping is guaranteed worldwide at no charge.
Original Packaging
All our 100% authentic Cuban cigars are shipped in their original boxes with
the original Cuban factory seals. All boxes are sealed with the original bands.
Your cigars will be packaged with care and arrive to you fresh. Please include
any special packaging requirements in your comments section on your order.
Guaranteed Delivery
All shipments are guaranteed, no exceptions. If your shipment does not arrive,
please contact our customer service at 1-800-489-0604 or at info@perfectcubancigars.com
. Once your shipment has been confirmed undeliverable for whatever reason, you
will be provided a full credit, refund or a replacement for your purchase.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship via Swiss Post to all recognized addresses worldwide.
Shipment time
All shipments from Perfect Cuban Cigars are shipped via Swiss Post and then
in conjuction with your local postal service. Average delivery time is 5-8 business
days. Shipment times could vary slightly depending on your location.

Customs and Duties
Duties and import taxes vary from each country and as such will be the responsibility
of the receiver. We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by customs
and suggest you verify with your local customs office regarding duty and tax

Tracking Your Shipment
You will be provided with a tracking number once your shipment has been confirmed
and processed. You may track your shipment by logging back in to your Perfect
Cuban Cigars account in about one business day after your order. Your number
will appear next to your order. You can track your shipment via the Swiss Post
website.

All pricing is in U.S. DOLLARS. We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secured
server. You will be billed in U.S. Dollars.
